With the support of ACC Adani Foundation, the Trust provided 6 months of free physical and theoretical training to 80 young men and women for recruitment in police and armed forces.

Impact:

• Participants became eligible and better prepared for police and army recruitment.
• There was a significant increase in confidence among youth.
• After the training, 3 candidates successfully cleared the army physical test.
• Female participants are also appearing for police recruitment trials.
• The program has inspired many other youth to enroll in similar training.
