• With the support of the Adani Foundation, 100 women in Obra village were provided free training in mushroom cultivation.
• Additionally, experts from the Trust trained around 1,000 women across various Gram Panchayats in mushroom production.

• Around 1,000 women are now engaged in mushroom cultivation.
• Women are earning approximately ₹8,000 to ₹10,000 per month through this activity.
• Sustainable self-employment opportunities have been created for underprivileged families.
• Even landless families are able to generate income through mushroom farming.
• There has been a significant improvement in economic conditions and overall quality of life.
